Chocolate Almond Bliss Balls

Our Inflowstyle team has a bit of a sweet tooth and we are pretty sure many of you do too. That’s why we just had to share our recipe for these delicious & healthy ‘Bliss Balls’ with you!
This wholesome treat is dairy free and refined sugar free (it can also be gluten free with gluten free oats, see below…), making it a must have in your refrigerator for when unhealthy cravings start to kick in.
This recipe is for Chocolate Almond Protein Balls and they are perfect for an afternoon or post workout snack.
Please note: If you are already consuming a lot of protein in your daily diet, feel free to leave the protein powder out of this recipe.
Chocolate Almond Protein Bliss Balls
-1 cup almonds
-1/4 cup oats (OR Gluten free oats available in most grocery stores)
-3 tbsp cacao powder
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 cups dates
-1/4 cup shredded coconut
-3-5 tbsp protein powder of choice
-1 tbsp maca powder (optional)
-1-2 tbsp almond milk (if mixture is too dry)
-Toppings of choice - coconut, cacao, chia seeds, chopped nuts, etc. (Get creative!)
1. Place all ingredients into food processor until fine and crumbly
2. Mix should be sticky enough to be rolled into balls if still a bit too dry add almond milk
3. Roll into balls using your toppings of choice
4. Store in the fridge
