These delicious smoothie recipes make it easy to be healthy by packing fruits, veggies and other nutritious ingredients into one drink!

We've listed 4 smoothie recipes here - some that are more fruit based and some that feature mostly vegetables. If you are just starting out with smoothies, we would suggest trying the recipes that have more than 1 fruit first.

1. Green Ginger-Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

-2 handfuls baby spinach
-1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
-2 cups frozen sliced peaches
-2 teaspoons honey
-1 1/4 cups water

Mix in blender until smooth & serve immediately.

2. Morning Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

-1 handful of spinach
-1 handful of kale
-3 strawberries
-1 banana
-Ice
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup of almond milk
-1 tablespoon LSA (optional)
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

Mix in blender & serve immediately.

3. The ‘EXTRA Green’ Smoothie

This is for the more advanced smoothie drinker as it only features 1 fruit.

Ingredients

-2 small apples or 1 large
-1 slice of ginger about a tsp.
-1/2 cucumber
-1 celery stalk
-1 tsp. of cinnamon
-Half serving of raw almonds (12-14 almonds)
-1 cup coconut water

Mix in blender until smooth & serve immediately.

4. Simple Spinach Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

-1 1/2 cups blueberries
-1 1/2 cups blackberries
-2 cups spinach, torn
-2 cups ice cubes

Mix in blender until smooth & serve immediately.
